How much can I expect to save?
Your sales consultant will quote you the total cost of your purchase and estimated shipping charges, as well as the estimated delivery time. You can then determine your savings... you will find Murrow Furniture Galleries to be very competitive as well as providing excellent service.

What is my responsibility?
Please check your order confirmation for accuracy. Unless notified otherwise, your order will be delivered as written. Measure before ordering your furniture to ensure that the items you have ordered are deliverable into your home, (i.e., through doors, up stairways, around corners, fit between windows, ceiling heights, into elevators if you live in a high-rise, etc.) Your sales consultant will be able to provide you with dimensions of the items you are ordering. Please clear your room or area in advance of our arrival... if this is not possible, you may request our drivers to do this at your expense.

How do I order?
After you have made your selections, send your order in writing to your personal sales consultant along with a 50% deposit of the total furniture amount. The balance plus shipping will be collected at time of delivery. For more detailed information or if you have any questions, please call your sales consultant.

What if something is damaged?
Please contact our customer service department to discuss the procedure of handling your specific problem. Our drivers along with our customer service person can usually determine whether or not an item needs to be returned. Returned items will be repaired or replaced (whichever is necessary) and delivered to you as soon as possible at no additional expense to you.

How is my order processed?
Within a few days you'll receive a confirmation of your order. If we receive a firm acknowledgement date from the factory, we will forward it to you. Otherwise, our estimated delivery date is the one quoted by you sales consultant..

Can I cancel or change my order?
We will be happy to make changes or cancellations on orders as long as the manufacturer will accept them. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all orders we are unable to stop. This charge offsets incoming freight and handling charges for which we remain responsible..

What about delivery?
After receiving your furniture in our warehouse we will schedule your order on the next available truck to your area. Once scheduled we will call you with  a day and approximate time of delivery. Our driver or contracted delivery service will set up your furniture in your home. It is our policy to deliver your furniture upon receipt in our warehouse... we are unable to hold your order any longer than fifteen days. The balance plus delivery charge must be paid by cashiers' check to our driver.

Can I visit your showroom?
Our 45,000 square foot showroom display is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and from 9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday. Most items are available for sale and immediate delivery out of our showroom. Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach encompass a beautiful resort area only ten minutes from our showroom. So plan your vacation and furniture shopping together!
